Submitting Order Forms
With most of our products, you have the option to order a sample. Let us know what item, color, and size you would like and we will send you one. You have 30 days after you receive the sample to return the item or else you will be charged the cost of the item.
*Please note that we must hold your credit card number on file until the undamaged samples have been returned.
We would be happy to offer you the same pricing as your previous order, as long as you purchase at least 50 percent of the quantity of that order, and this order meets our minimum order quantity requirements of 4 pieces (not include bags).
Because you order takes a while to setup, we require that each order contain at least six pieces, and sometimes up to 12 pieces for several of our sublimated products.
We also offer discounts based on volume, so please be sure to ask about the options available.
We will start production on your items as soon as we receive your specifications, including your art, sizes and logos. In most situations, we can turn around custom orders in four weeks or less.
Yes, in most cases, we can deliver rush orders. Our ability to do this may depend on our currentproduction capacity, however. We ask that you inquire about rush service as early as possible inthe ordering process.
Apparel Design Service
Yes, we can! Our team includes talented professionals who can help with just about any of your design needs. We charge on an hourly basis for this service.
Multiple Designs in a Single Order
Yes, you may adjust your logos, colors and other minor design elements within the same order—although an additional fee may apply. However, it’s important to note that the total redesign of an item would be considered a new piece, and would be priced accordingly.
Embroidering on Your Own Products
We do allow customers to bring in their own items. However, we do have a fee for this dependent on the product and order quantity.
Providing Logo Files
To ensure your apparel is the highest quality, you’ll need to provide us with scalable vector logo and graphics files. Scalable vector artwork will allow our printers to correctly recognize and print the colors in your artwork. These include .ai files and sometimes .png files, rather than .pdf .png or .jpeg files.
*Please note that not all .ai and .psd files are a true scalable vector graphic, but it’s a good sign these files will work with our printers.
PMS Color Matching
We want your garments to come out exactly how you envisioned them. This means we need to get your colors right! All clothing printers use Pantone™ (PMS) colors, meaning the colors you think your getting, are not always a 100% match. We can usually get pretty close, but we’ll need you to provide us with your Pantone™ colors.
Find your colors by using our Pantone™ Color Charts to find the perfect color (HINT: you’ll need it to complete your order form!).
*Please note: There is a $10 fee for using custom Pantone colors.
Don’t know you series requirements? We’ll we have good news. Because of our experience and involvement with various racing series, chances are, we’re already familiar with your series requirements.
Yes! Certain brands we carry have companion sizes, such as plus sizing, petite, fitted, etc.
However, with our sublimated apparel, our manufacturing process is 100% custom, meaning we can make any size. Our team is able to cut, print and sew all apparel in our own factory to ensure your gear fits and is completely comfortable.
For larger sizes, we do have an extra fee: 2XL=$2 more | 3XL=$3.50 more | 4XL=$4.50 more | 5XL= $5.50 more | 6XL=$6.50 more

Well, sort of. We do give price breaks based on quantity. For large volume orders (150+ pieces), we do not yet have wholesale prices available. However, if your order is that large, heck yeah we’d like to hear from you.
Yes, you will need to pay for shipping as part of your order and will vary based on order size and weight. Our shipping company of choice is UPS Ground, and we can also do international shipping to select countries.
We can overnight packages if you need your order to arrive as quickly as possible, or we can drop them off to you at the paddock.
It’s rare, but if you are unhappy with your order, contact us within one week prior to the requested event date and we will get things taken care of. Please email us a picture and description of the issue to [email protected].
